We are Smyrna International, a multicultural focused ministry and part of Smyrna Frihamnskyrkan, a Pentecostal Church located in down-town Gothenburg, Sweden. Smyrna Frihamnskyrkan consists of members from a number of different countries. We´re situated in the heart of Gothenburg, easily accessible both by public and private means: Tram to Frihamnen stop or Frihamnsporten bus stop  https://www.vasttrafik.se.

We´ve moved to our new location and premises in another part of central Gothenburg city, FRIHAMNSKYRKAN (see Google maps).

As a church ministry focused on english speaking long-term and short-term residents, we have decided to have four main goals: In an atmosphere of love we strive to develop, serve and connect with those around us.

Our desire is to assist all that visit us to be true disciples (followers) of Jesus and not only be disciples but strive to  pursue the calling and commission Jesus has given us to also make disciples and lead others to Christ.

We are experiencing very unsettling times on many different levels of society, many challenges have risen and want to potentially create fear in us. We believe that God is greater and wants to use His church in an even greater way to influence society and peoples lives. We believe God has given the church as an instrument for guidance and change in our unstable world. Our prayer is that we would be sensitive and hear His voice and direction throughout this year.
