Yesterday was the third session of my fall dance class, teaching a group of wonderful ladies some choreography which we’re totally loving and rocking. The style in focus is afro-funk which has it’s root in African dance and the concept I reinforce is “more fun and less technique”…just let go! Having taught this dance style…
